We are looking for a creative, adaptable, customer-focused, “think-on-your-feet” individual who has the confidence to learn new skills and technologies while bringing to this job a meticulous, laser-focused attention to the details of the job’s day to day requirements.

The Project Manager/Analyst will lead our client engagements and own responsibility for all aspects of project delivery and customer success.

  • Act as primary liaison between client and project team
  • Create and manage project plan
  • Manage list of issues and risks and provide weekly status reports
  • Manage project budget and maintain project financials
  • Document business requirements for solution implementation
  • Create and execute user acceptance test plan
  • Create training materials and deliver client training
  • Identify new opportunities at existing client

Education/Experience
